Q: What are your hours?
Most locations open 24 hours, but please check individual club information for specifics on the Locations tab.
Q: Do you offer Childcare?
Yes! Childcare is open Monday – Saturday 8:30am – 12:00pm and Monday – Friday 4:30pm – 9:00pm, and is included in Membership.
Q: Do you offer Group Fitness?
Yes! All our classes are included with Membership. Please visit the ``Our Classes`` page to see individual club schedules, and join in!
Q: How can I apply to work at Fitness System?
Bring in a resume! We are always accepting resumes and are often interviewing for positions!
Q: What is Cash Discount Pricing?
If you choose to pay by Credit Card for your monthly dues or in-house purchases (drinks, apparel, dues, etc.), your billing statement or receipt will now reflect your credit card company’s nominal processing fees as well as the purchase amount. For example, for the typical membership this will result in an increased cost of less than $2/month. For a $4 drink from our Pro Shop, its less than $0.20. Prefer the Cash Discount Pricing? We can change your monthly billing to an ACH payment, and we accept cash in-house. By paying with ACH or cash, there will be NO additional fees!!!
Q: Can I film in your club?
Yes & no. Phones are allowed; cameras, tripods & recording equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited on the weight floor. If you would like to speak with us about a Professional Photo or Video Shoot, please fill out the MEDIA INQUIRY form, which can be found on our Contact page. Shoots will only be considered if the form is filled out. Unauthorized shoots may result in membership revocation.
Q: How do I make a payment or see my account information?
Through our App, visit the MY ACCOUNT tile and login to your Member Portal. We'd be happy to assist with these over the phone as well!
Q: What is the Annual Maintenance Fee?
A standard practice in the industry, our Maintenance Fee goes DIRECTLY back into our clubs! We love bringing in the latest and greatest, or the old classic, equipment pieces to make sure you have the absolute best training facility possible. Additionally, this fee goes toward repairs on machines and building maintenance. The $59 fee will be charged to your monthly account approximately 2-3 billing cycles after your initial signup date, and occur only once-yearly. For Prepaid Memberships, this fee has already been included in the price of the membership.
Q: How do I Freeze or Cancel my membership?
You must come into your home club to fill out a 30 Day Notice of Cancelation. We do not, under any circumstances, accept cancelations, freezes, or alterations to accounts via email or over the phone. We require a valid signature to alter an account.
